Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations with some exceptions.

• Refunds are for products only and do not include shipping costs.
• Refunds not accepted during transit times. 
• Cancellations must be within 2 hours or purchase (or if they have not been processed yet)
• No refunds on custom orders or frames, and framed prints.

If there is an error with your order or damage during shipping, please send us a photo of the item to info@wallandwonder.com and we will make it right.
