Prints and Frames

Yes. Send us an email to let us know which print and what size you are looking for (up to 36x24). Remember that there may be some cropping necessary if the ratio of the new size is different from the original. If there is any drastic cropping, we will send you a proof for approval.

Yes, if it is stated in the description of the product then a proof will be sent within 3 business days of purchase. Custom name prints and wedding vow prints come with a proof.

We do have access to a variety of frames and mats. Send us an email to let us know what you are looking for and we can provide you with a quote. 

Shipping

Print & Frame, Frame Only: 3-12 business days + shipping

Print Only: 2-4 business days + shipping 

Please note that shipping times may be extended due to COVID-19 delays.

Smaller prints (8x10 and 11x14) are shipped in a flat rigged mailer. Larger than 11x14 are rolled in protective packaging. If your item arrives damaged, let us know asap with a photo attached by email, and we will make it right. We have less than 1% of orders that arrive damaged. For best protection during transit, all frames are packaged and shipped individually.
